This information is prepared in accordance with and in order to implement the provisions of the Regulation (UE) nr. 2016/679. It contains regulations on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (the “Regulation”). It aims to inform you in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation, regarding the manner in which the Foundation Help Labus processes personal data. According to the Regulation, the Foundation Help Labus, headquartered in Galati, Str. General Al. Cernat, nr. 15-19, Bl. M5A, sc 1, ap 21, fiscal code 16924318, holds the quality of Operator, respectively the legal person that establishes the purposes and means of personal data processing.
The personal data we process are, as the case may be, of our beneficiaries, of the volunteers, of those who have expressed their desire to receive information about us, our sponsors, donors and collaborators. In this context, we can process the following personal data, as appropriate: name, surname, email, telephone, address, CNP, name and identification data of the company, image. (as a result of the recording of photo and video materials at the events and programs organized by the Foundation Help Labus).
As the case may be, we process the data mentioned above for the following purposes: for the purpose of providing social services, for the purpose of fulfilling some legal obligations, when the data processing is necessary for this purpose; in order to fulfill the obligations we have towards the persons whose data we process or our partners, for marketing purposes, if we have obtained the consent in this respect.
We will store personal data as the case may be: for the entire duration of the given consent, for the entire period in which we have the legal obligation to process the data received, according to the legislation, for the entire duration of the contracts, during our legitimate interest. At the end of the period for which the data is stored, they will be deleted. The consent for data processing for marketing purposes may be withdrawn at any time.
We will not disclose personal data to third parties, with the following exceptions: we may transmit the data to the competent authorities when we have a legal obligation to do so; we will be able to transmit the data to our sponsors and partners when we have an obligation in this regard.
Personal data are stored in the territory of the European Union. We specify that we do not use automatic decision-making processes, respectively no one is subject to decisions based exclusively on automatic processing, including the creation of profiles.
The persons whose data are processed have the right: – to obtain a confirmation of the processing of personal data and to obtain access to these data. To the extent that they send us a request in this regard, we will provide a copy of their personal data that we process. – to request the correction of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete personal data. Also request the deletion of personal data when they are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were processed, or if their processing is illegal. – to request the restriction of the processing of personal data in the following cases: contest the accuracy of the data, in which case the restriction of the processing may be requested for the period of time in which we verify the accuracy of the data. – Opposes the processing of personal data for marketing purposes. or for reasons related to the particular situation in which it is, and consent to this may be withdrawn at any time – In order to exercise any of the rights, please send the request in writing to the email address: help_labus@yahoo.com
